• Responsible for the right tech solutions, maintaining the right balance in short-term and long-term outcomes.
• Develop high-quality product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, tutorials, FAQs, release notes, and other supporting materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers, to gather information and understand product features and updates.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content that effectively communicates product functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain a documentation style guide, ensuring consistency in tone, language, and formatting across all product documentation.
• Organize and categorize documentation to facilitate easy navigation and search ability for users.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to identify common customer pain points and proactively address them through documentation updates and improvements.
• Review and update existing documentation to reflect product updates, enhancements, and changes.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the documentation process and tools, exploring new methods and techniques to enhance the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, user feedback, and emerging technologies to ensure the documentation remains relevant and useful.
• Develop engaging and informative content for Nected various channels, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

• 3+ proven years of experience as a technical writer, creating product documentation for software applications or platforms.
• Strong understanding of low code, no code platforms and experience in documenting similar technologies.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a technical audience.
• Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Solid grasp of technical writing principles, including content organization, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficient in using documentation tools and technologies, such as authoring tools, content management systems, and version control systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of technical writing tools and platforms, such as Confluence, JIRA, and GitHub
• Experience working with B2B startups or software companies is a plus
